Who sources and enriches the leads list - do we provide it or do you?

There are three ways we can handle this, and you can choose what works best for your sales operation. Typically, you provide your own leads list based on your ideal customer profile. If you have account names but lack contact details, we'll enrich them with mobile numbers and decision maker information. Alternatively, we can source the leads for you and pass on the data acquisition costs.
You Provide the Leads
This is the most common approach, especially for teams that already have a clear ideal customer profile and a database of target accounts. You give us your list, and we verify it during our qualification and calling process.
This model works well if you have 200 to 5,000+ accounts you want to prioritize. We handle the vetting automatically. If a contact bounces or isn't the right fit, we don't charge you. You pay only for meetings with qualified decision makers who match your criteria.
The benefit here is speed and cost efficiency. You're not paying for data acquisition. You're only paying for meetings that actually happen. Your internal team stays focused on strategy while we focus on booking the calls.
We Enrich Your Account List
Sometimes you have a solid target account list but lack direct contact information. This is where enrichment comes in.
You provide company names. We append mobile numbers, email addresses, and identify the right decision makers based on your buyer profile. This typically costs between $0.50 to $2.00 per record depending on the enrichment depth and data provider. We handle all of that, then we call.
This approach works well if you're running account-based selling but your contact database is thin or outdated. It takes your existing strategy and fills in the operational gaps without you having to manage vendors or verification tools.
We Source the Leads from Scratch
If you don't have a target list ready, we can source it for you.
This means we identify accounts matching your ideal customer profile, research their decision makers, and build the list. Data acquisition and research typically costs $1.50 to $4.00 per qualified record, depending on industry specificity and decision maker seniority. We then call those leads and book meetings.
This model is useful if you're entering a new market, building a new vertical, or expanding beyond your current database. You tell us your ICP: industry, company size, revenue range, buyer titles, and pain points you solve for. We build the list from there.
How We Validate and Vet
Regardless of which path you choose, we validate the list during the calling process. If a contact isn't reachable, isn't a decision maker, or doesn't fit your criteria, we don't charge you. This is built into our calling workflow.
We also check for data quality issues early. Bad phone numbers, incorrect titles, and misaligned companies get flagged and removed from the billable pool. You only pay for meetings with people who picked up, qualified under your criteria, and committed time on the calendar.
The Bottom Line
You have flexibility here. Most teams start by providing their own list to prove the value, then scale by having us enrich or source additional leads as the program grows.
