How much does this cost and what's your setup fee?

We charge $1,000 to $5,250 per qualified meeting depending on deal size and complexity, plus a $1,000 monthly platform fee for dial infrastructure and access. Or, if you prefer, we can fold the platform fee into the per-meeting price instead. There's no separate setup fee.
What's Included in the Per-Meeting Price
When you hire us, you're not just getting a list of leads or a batch of cold calls. You get our full outbound operation: target research, list building, call scripting tailored to your ICP, the actual dialing and conversations, and qualifying confirmation. We only invoice you when someone raises their hand as a qualified meeting—not for dials, not for conversations that don't convert, not for prospects who aren't a real fit.
How Deal Size Affects Cost
The range exists because complexity varies. A $1,000 outbound deal (typical for a small SaaS product) might take fewer calls to qualify and lands on the lower end. A $50,000+ enterprise deal requires deeper qualification conversations, more discovery to confirm budget and timeline, and often multiple stakeholder validation. That's a $5,250 meeting. We adjust pricing to the actual work required.
Platform Fee: Committed or Per-Meeting
The $1,000 monthly platform fee covers our dial system, call recording, CRM integration, and team overhead. Most teams prefer to commit to it because it keeps the per-meeting price lower. If you don't want monthly commitment, we can add that cost directly to the per-meeting charge, which usually lands between 10-15% higher per meeting. It's your choice based on volume and runway.
Why No Setup Fee
We've found that setup fees create friction and don't reflect how this actually works. Instead of paying upfront with no guarantee of results, you pay us when we deliver qualified meetings. That alignment matters to us. Your first meeting might take us two weeks to close (if your ICP is tight and easy to reach) or six weeks (if we need to do significant research on your buyers). We absorb that variance.
What "Qualified" Actually Means
This is critical to price transparency: a qualified meeting is someone who has confirmed budget, timeline, and business need for what you sell. Not every meeting we book counts. If you get someone on the phone who's curious but clearly can't spend money this year, we don't invoice it. That's why our pricing is tied to outcomes, not activity.
Common Questions
If you're running $10K-$50K ACV business, expect to land in the $1,500 to $3,000 per meeting range with the monthly platform fee. If you're higher ACV or selling into smaller companies where deal cycles are shorter, the economics shift in your favor per meeting but you'll likely book more of them.
If you want to pilot before committing to the monthly fee, we can work month-to-month at the higher per-meeting rate until you see enough pipeline velocity to justify the platform commitment.
Most teams recoup this investment on their first two to three qualified meetings. If you're looking at $100K+ deals, the math is even faster.
