Can we provide an unvetted master list? Do you need account lists or lead lists?

Yes to both. We work with account lists, lead lists, or even unvetted master lists—whatever format you're most comfortable providing. Our team enriches any list you give us with direct decision-maker contact information and mobile numbers, then our SDRs qualify the prospects through actual conversations.

Which Format Works Best

There's no single "right" answer. Some prospects give us a spreadsheet with 500 account names and let us build the lead list from there. Others send 2,000 enriched contacts they've already compiled. Many customers send a combination: their house list plus new segments they want us to test. The format genuinely doesn't matter to us because our enrichment process normalizes everything on the back end.

The key thing is that you're not constrained by format anxiety. If you have a raw list of company names with no contact info, send it. If you have a detailed spreadsheet with titles, emails, and LinkedIn URLs, send that instead. We handle the work of turning either one into a validated prospect database.

How the Enrichment Works

When you hand over your list, here's what happens next. We pull decision-maker contact information—direct phone numbers, email addresses, and mobile numbers when available—for every qualified prospect on your list. This typically takes 3 to 5 business days depending on list size.

We use multiple data sources to find these contacts, which means we often locate decision-makers that a single database wouldn't surface. If your original list had 60 percent contact coverage, we typically bring that to 85 to 92 percent through enrichment. The prospects without phone numbers typically fall into two buckets: companies too small to be in standard databases, or decision-makers who deliberately keep their contact info private.

Once enrichment is complete, our SDRs begin outreach. They're calling with context about the company and the buyer's role, which means the conversation feels targeted, not cold. That's where qualification happens—on the call itself, not in a spreadsheet.

Growing Your Campaign Over Time

You're not locked into a static list from day one. As your campaign runs, we can add new prospects in batches. Some customers add 50 new contacts per week. Others prefer larger drops every two weeks. This rolling approach lets you test and refine your ICP without committing to a massive upfront list.

It also means you can react to market changes. If a new competitor enters your space and you want to emphasize a specific messaging angle, we can add targeted accounts mid-campaign and adjust SDR talking points.

The Qualification Part

The enrichment gets prospects in front of our SDRs, but the qualification happens on the call. Our team is trained to identify prospects who match your ICP, uncover genuine problems that fit your solution, and only mark a meeting as "qualified" when there's real buying intent. We're not just booking any call—we're booking calls with prospects who actually need what you sell.

This matters because it protects your sales team's time. A qualified meeting from our SDRs means the prospect has already shared a challenge, acknowledged a budget, and agreed to a follow-up conversation with your team. That's different from a lead.

What to Send Us

Start with whatever you have. Account names, leads, a combined master list, or a segmented file—just share it and we'll take it from there. The only real requirement is that you can describe your ideal customer profile. That helps us prioritize outreach and coach our SDRs on who to focus on.
