What are the onboarding requirements - what do we need to do versus what do you handle?

We handle the heavy lifting on onboarding. From your side, we need just 30 minutes for a launch showcase where you walk us through your company story, plus calendar access, which takes about 2 seconds to set up. That's roughly 30 minutes of total work required from you to get started.
What We Handle
Your reps are our responsibility. We recruit, train, and manage the entire outbound team on your behalf. We'll handle building call scripts tailored to your buyer personas, coaching your reps on your specific value prop, and running quality assurance on calls. We also manage the logistics: scheduling, pipeline tracking, and reporting. Our reps will sound like they actually know your product because we train them to. We're investing in your success from day one because we only make money when we book qualified meetings that actually close.
What You Need to Do
The Launch Showcase
Schedule a 30-minute call with our team where you share your company story, how you got here, and what you're solving for your customers. Think of it like a founder story. This is where you tell us what keeps your sales team up at night, who your ideal customer looks like, and why they should care about talking to you. We record this session and use it to train your reps so they can speak about your business authentically. It's literally the only deep-dive requirement we have from you.
Calendar Access
Give us access to your calendar so we can book meetings on your behalf. This takes approximately 2 seconds. We handle everything else around scheduling. No back-and-forth emails, no coordinating time zones with 10 different prospects. Your reps book directly into your calendar and send meeting confirmations.
Why So Little Work From You?
We built this model around removing friction from your side. Sales leaders are already slammed. We didn't want to build an onboarding process that adds 40 hours of work to your plate. You're paying us to own the prospecting problem, which means we own the operational overhead too. The launch showcase exists solely because we need to understand your world deeply enough to position you right. Calendar access is table stakes for any outbound program.
Timeline
We typically go from signed contract to first qualified meetings within 10 business days. That timeline includes your launch showcase, our rep training, and initial outreach. Most of that work happens on our end. Once we're live, qualified meetings start hitting your calendar consistently.
What Success Looks Like
After onboarding, your only ongoing involvement is taking the meetings your reps book. You'll get a weekly pipeline report showing meeting quality, prospect fit, and opportunity progression. You don't need to manage the reps, review scripts, or stay involved in the day-to-day operations. We handle that. You focus on closing deals.
The entire onboarding experience is designed to require minimal disruption to your business while maximizing the quality of introductions we're making on your behalf. Fewer moving pieces on your end means better focus on selling.
