What is the cost per qualified meeting booked?

Our pricing is $2,500 per qualified meeting booked, which means you only pay when we deliver a meeting that meets your ideal customer profile. For a typical $80-90k deal, this keeps your maximum cost per meeting at $4,000, staying roughly 38% under budget when you factor in the deal value.

What counts as a qualified meeting?

We don't count every calendar invite. A qualified meeting means the prospect has decision-making authority (or direct access to it), their company fits your ICP, and they've indicated genuine interest in learning more about your solution. We pre-screen through LinkedIn, verify employment, and confirm budget/timeline signals before booking anything on your calendar. You only pay when they show up and meet that threshold.

How does this fit in your budget?

Most B2B companies budget 3-5% of annual contract value for customer acquisition. On an $80k deal, that's $2,400-4,000 per customer. A single qualified meeting at $2,500 leaves room in that budget for other touchpoints (email, calls, demos), or you can close multiple meetings under your per-deal cap. If we book three qualified meetings and two convert, you're paying $7,500 for $160-180k in revenue. The cost per closed deal works out to $3,750-2,500 depending on your close rate.

Why does pricing work this way?

We're aligned with your outcome. If the meeting doesn't qualify or the prospect doesn't show, you don't pay. This eliminates the risk of paying for vanity metrics like sends, opens, or initial outreach attempts. You get skin in the game with us, and we stay disciplined about quality over volume.

What's included in that fee?

Our SDR team handles the full outreach sequence: LinkedIn research, personalized outreach messaging, follow-ups, objection handling, and calendar management. We research 20-30 prospects weekly in your ICP, qualify before proposing time, and coordinate around your team's availability. You get a dedicated contact for sequence updates and reporting, with weekly visibility into activity and booking progress.

How does this compare to hiring an in-house SDR?

A mid-market SDR salary runs $45-65k annually, plus benefits, software stack (tools, dialer, LinkedIn cadence), and ramp time (typically 90 days to consistent meetings). Over one year, that's roughly $60-80k before productivity. At $2,500 per meeting, you'd need to book 24-32 meetings annually to match that cost. Most in-house SDRs book 8-15 per month in a healthy pipeline. The trade-off: you avoid fixed overhead, scaling is immediate, and you're not dependent on one person's productivity or retention. For companies under $5M revenue or in hiring freezes, this model moves faster.

What if we only need a few meetings per quarter?

Perfect. Unlike a salary, you scale with us. Need five meetings this quarter? That's $12,500 total. Next quarter, ramp to ten. There's no penalty for inconsistent volume, and you can pause anytime. This works especially well for new product lines, market expansion, or seasonal pushes.

Can we negotiate volume pricing?

We offer dedicated SDR capacity or team discounts for contracts committing to 15+ qualified meetings per quarter. Let's talk specifics on your timeline and goals.
