When exactly do I pay, and what if the meeting is a no-show or doesn't qualify?

Payment is charged automatically 48 hours after a qualified meeting takes place, but only if the prospect meets every qualification criteria you've set. No payment for no-shows, cancellations, or meetings that don't check all your boxes. You're paying for qualified meetings that actually happen, not for our effort.
When does the charge actually hit my account?
We process payment 2 days after a meeting is held. This gives you time to confirm the prospect showed up and assess whether they meet your qualification standards before any money changes hands. If you need to dispute or flag a meeting within that window, we handle it before charging. Once the 48-hour mark passes and the meeting qualifies, the payment is processed automatically to the card or account on file.
What counts as a "qualified" meeting?
Qualified means the person who showed up matches the exact criteria you defined upfront. If you said you only want to pay for Directors and above at companies with 500+ employees in the SaaS space, then a Manager at a 200-person company doesn't count, even if the meeting happened. We capture job title, company size, industry, and any custom criteria you give us, and we validate every attendee against your requirements before any charge applies.
What if the prospect doesn't show up?
No charge. If someone is on the calendar but misses the meeting, we don't bill you. Same goes for cancellations that happen before the meeting time. You only pay when a qualified person actually shows up and participates. We track attendance and can flag meetings where only unqualified attendees joined, so you're not paying for meetings that don't move your deal forward.
Can I reject a meeting as unqualified and get it reversed?
Yes. If a meeting shows as qualified in our system but you determine the prospect doesn't fit your criteria once you're on the call, flag it within the 48-hour window and we'll review it. If you're right, there's no charge. This is rare because we qualify upfront, but we build in this protection so you're not stuck paying for a bad fit just because the title looked right on paper.
What if I think a meeting was disqualified but we still got charged?
Reach out immediately. Within 7 days of any charge, you can dispute it with evidence that the prospect didn't meet your criteria. We'll review the call recording or attendee data and reverse the charge if we made a mistake. Our goal is to keep you confident that you're only paying for real, qualified meetings.
How do I set my qualification criteria?
During onboarding, we work with you to define exactly who qualifies. That might be title level, industry vertical, company revenue, tech stack, geography, or anything else that matters to your sales process. The more specific your criteria, the fewer disputes, because everyone knows what we're looking for from day one.
Why payment after the meeting, not before?
We structure it this way so you're not at risk. You see proof that a real person showed up, meets your specs, and is engaged before you pay. It's the only way to do this fairly.
