What is your pricing model?

We charge a $1,000 per month platform fee to cover dialing infrastructure and rep costs, plus $1,250 to $5,250 per qualified meeting that actually books. Most of our clients pay between $2,000 and $3,000 per meeting, and you only pay after the meeting happens, not before.

The Platform Fee Explained

That $1,000 monthly fee is fixed and covers your dedicated infrastructure. It includes the phone system, CRM integration, compliance and insurance for our reps, and access to our dialing platform. Think of it as your baseline investment in the machinery that finds and books your meetings. It doesn't matter if we book 2 meetings or 20 that month, the platform fee stays the same.

How We Price Per Meeting

The $1,250 to $5,250 range depends on a few factors. More competitive industries where decision makers are harder to reach cost more. Enterprise accounts typically run higher because the research and outreach takes longer. Startups and SMB-focused campaigns tend to fall in the $2,000 to $3,000 sweet spot. We quote a specific price for your industry and buyer profile before we start, so there are no surprises.

Why You Only Pay After the Meeting Books

We know this is different from traditional cold calling agencies. We're confident in our process, so we take the risk. You don't pay a dime until someone actually shows up on the calendar. A qualified meeting means the prospect confirmed attendance and fits your ICP, not just a warm email or a call that went well. This alignment means we're hunting for your ideal customer, not running up activity numbers.

The Math vs. Traditional Staffing

Hiring a full-time SDR in-house runs $50,000 to $70,000 per year, plus payroll taxes and tools. You get limited output and geographic constraints. With us, a typical month might look like this: $1,000 platform plus 10 meetings at $2,500 each equals $25,000 total. For that $26,000, you get focused attention on a specific buyer persona, proven outreach sequences, and qualified calendar slots, not activity hours. If you only book 4 meetings that month, you pay $1,000 plus $10,000, which is still less than half a junior SDR's salary for better results.

When Your Costs Scale

Most clients start at $2,000 per meeting and move to $2,500 to $3,000 as we dial up volume. Scaling from 5 meetings per month to 15 per month doesn't mean your platform fee increases, just your per-meeting costs because we're reaching deeper markets or more competitive buyer profiles. This scaling is intentional, not hidden. We'll walk through the pricing conversation before we expand.

Getting Started

New clients typically commit to a 30-day pilot focusing on one buyer persona. You'll see exactly what meetings cost in your space and whether the ROI works for your sales cycle. Most companies know within that first month if the model makes sense.
