What is your minimum meeting price and do you offer smaller packages?

Yes, our minimum meeting price is $1,000 per qualified meeting. We don't offer lower price points because reps keep the majority of the payout, and anything below that threshold doesn't leave us enough runway to source, qualify, and close meetings effectively. We do have one exception for companies committed to higher volume.
Why We Hold the $1,000 Floor
When you work with an SDR service, you're paying for the entire pipeline, not just the conversation. That includes research, list building, email sequencing, call handling, and follow-up. If we dropped below $1,000, the rep's commission would shrink, which kills motivation. Our reps make between 60-70% of each deal, so they need meaningful payouts to prioritize your meetings. A $600 meeting means they pocket around $400, which doesn't justify the effort of chasing callbacks and handling objections. We'd rather be honest about our floor than promise cheaper meetings while delivering half-hearted outreach.
The Volume Exception
We do go below $1,000, but only for companies willing to commit. If you want $500-$800 per meeting, you need a minimum of 100 qualified meetings per month, which runs roughly $50,000 to $80,000 per month. This works because volume gives us efficiency. We can dedicate a full team to your account, batch research, and build momentum with prospects. The economics shift when you're a predictable revenue stream rather than a one-off order.
What Changes at Higher Volumes
Companies taking the volume path usually see better outcomes than smaller cohorts. When a team is focused entirely on your ICP and messaging, they become domain experts. They know your product better. They understand your buyers' objections by heart. They can read a prospect and know which angle works before the first call even happens. That expertise compounds over time, and it's hard to replicate on smaller budgets where reps juggle multiple clients.
Comparing to Alternatives
We get compared to two categories of solutions. First, there are agencies that promise $200-$400 per meeting. They either have different definitions of "qualified" (a meeting is a meeting, even if it's not your ICP), or they're paying reps pennies and getting pennyworth effort. Second, there are in-house teams, which can seem cheaper until you factor in salary, benefits, tech stack, and ramp time. A single rep costs you $40,000-$60,000 per year loaded, can only work 30-40 meetings per month max, and needs 6-8 weeks to find their rhythm. At $1,000 per meeting, you're competitive.
When You Should Negotiate
If $1,000 feels steep for your budget, the honest move is to start with 20-30 meetings per month and see your conversion data. Many companies find that 10-15 qualified meetings from a focused team outperform 50 cold-sourced meetings from a generic list. Once you prove the ROI, scaling to higher volume makes the unit economics work even better. We can always revisit pricing once we're hitting your conversion targets.
