What is the pricing per qualified meeting?

Our qualified meetings range from $1,000 to $5,250, depending on your deal size and sales complexity. We price based on your lifetime value, not a one-size-fits-all model. Most companies pay $1,500 or more per meeting, and your deals should generate at least $30,000 in lifetime value to see strong ROI from our service.

Why the range?

We're not trying to be the cheapest option. Our pricing reflects the quality of meetings we deliver and the customization required to match your specific buyer profile. A $2M ACV deal needs different targeting and qualification criteria than a $50K deal, so we size pricing accordingly.

The floor is $1,000—we don't go lower because that's the minimum investment needed to run a proper outbound campaign with real personalization, list hygiene, and human-level follow-up. Below that, the economics don't work for sustainable lead quality.

The ceiling at $5,250 is for complex enterprise motions with longer sales cycles, multiple stakeholders, and high LTV. At that price point, we're doing deep account research, coordinating around buying committees, and typically delivering fewer meetings with higher close rates.

The ROI math

Here's how we think about it: if you close at 25% on qualified meetings, then 4 meetings should produce 1 customer. If each customer is worth $30,000, then the cost per meeting can be up to $7,500 and you still break even. Our $1,500 average is roughly 20% of that customer value, leaving you plenty of margin.

This assumes you can close. If your close rate is lower (say 10-15%), we recommend either improving your sales process first, or working with us on longer nurture cycles. If your deals are smaller (under $20,000 LTV), outbound paid meetings may not make economic sense yet.

What you're paying for

The price includes full campaign management: verified lead lists, personalized outreach, response handling, scheduling, and qualification calls to confirm the prospect is a real fit. You're not paying for raw leads. You're paying for meetings with decision-makers who have a genuine business problem your product solves.

That's why we're more expensive than some competitors. We turn down deals that don't fit your ICP, we re-verify contact data before reaching out, and we qualify hard before marking something as a qualified meeting. Bad meetings waste your sales team's time, so we guard that gate carefully.

Typical customer profile

Most of our customers are $5-50M ARR companies selling to mid-market or enterprise. They're paying $2,000 to $4,000 per meeting because their customers are worth $100K-$500K+ over their lifetime. A tech company closing an average $150K deal at 30% close rate sees $50K revenue per meeting, so our price is a rounding error.

If your deal size is smaller, the math gets tighter but it can still work. If you're closing at 40%+ with strong retention, then lower ACV can still generate excellent ROI.

Questions about your specific situation?

The honest answer is: we price based on a brief call where we discuss your deal size, sales cycle, and target customer. If it doesn't make sense economically, we'll tell you. If it does, we'll build a pricing model specific to your situation.

Book a call and we'll walk through the math for your business.
