What is the pricing model and how does payment work?

We use a pay-per-qualified-meeting model: you pay a $1,000 platform fee each month to cover dial infrastructure and rep insurance, then you only pay for meetings that actually happen. The per-meeting cost ranges from $1,250 to $5,250 depending on your ACV and how specific your targeting criteria are. Most companies end up in the $2,000 to $3,000 per meeting range.

How the Platform Fee Works

The $1,000 monthly platform fee covers the operational backbone of our service: dialer infrastructure, compliance and insurance, team training, and our scheduling and data systems. This stays the same regardless of how many meetings we book you. You pay this upfront each month, and it's what keeps our reps equipped to generate high-quality conversations for your pipeline.

This fee exists because great calling infrastructure isn't cheap, and we need to ensure every rep on your account is trained, insured, and connected to best-in-class dialing technology. It also means you're not splitting our attention across thousands of tiny accounts; you get a dedicated team incentivized to hit your specific metrics.

Per-Meeting Pricing

You only pay for a qualified meeting after it happens. A qualified meeting is one where your ICP prospect shows up, stays for the full discovery call, and meets your predetermined criteria (title, company size, buying stage, or whatever matters for your deal). We don't charge for no-shows, cancellations, or conversations with prospects who don't fit your requirements.

The per-meeting cost depends on two things: your average contract value (ACV) and the specificity of your targeting. If you're targeting a broad audience (any VP of Sales at mid-market SaaS companies), you'll land closer to the $1,250 to $1,750 range. If you need niche criteria (VP of Sales at Series B SaaS companies in the legal-tech space with headcount between 20-50), the per-meeting price climbs to $3,000 to $5,250 because our reps invest more research and list-building per call. Most of our clients fall in the middle: $2,000 to $3,000 per meeting.

The Math Over Time

Here's what a real pipeline looks like. If you run the service for three months at $1,000 platform fee plus an average $2,500 per meeting, and we book you 12 qualified meetings total, you're paying roughly $10,000 for 12 opportunities in your pipeline. That's around $833 per meeting in total cost. If your close rate is even 25 percent (three deals closed), your customer acquisition cost per customer is under $3,300 even before accounting for deal size. With an enterprise ACV, this math gets even stronger.

No Hidden Charges

You know exactly what you're paying. The platform fee is transparent. The per-meeting cost is locked in before we start dialing. You won't see surprise invoices for call attempts, research fees, or list uploads. If we book you five meetings in a month, you pay for five meetings. If we book you zero (rare, but possible with misaligned targeting), you pay only the platform fee.

Payment Terms

We invoice monthly. You'll see the platform fee upfront, and we add the per-meeting charges as they accrue throughout the month. Most clients set up recurring billing to keep things simple, and invoices are itemized so you can track every booked meeting.
