How do you verify and report that a meeting qualifies for payment?

The short answer: we handle all the heavy lifting. After your rep marks the meeting as a show, our system automatically verifies it meets your criteria and processes payment within 48 hours. If something's off, you just flag it and we sort it out.

How the verification actually works

Here's what happens in practice. Your team joins the call with a note-taker—usually Fathom, Gong, or similar. During that conversation, your rep qualifies the prospect in real-time against your criteria. By the end of the call, your rep knows whether this person is worth paying for.

Within 24 hours of the meeting, your rep marks it as a "show" in our platform. That single action triggers everything else.

Our verification happens automatically

The moment a meeting is marked as a show, our system runs it through your qualification rules. Did the prospect have the right title? Are they in your industry? Does their company hit your minimum size threshold? Do they have budget authority? Whatever criteria matter to you, we check them automatically.

This is why you don't need to do anything for most meetings. If a prospect hits all your criteria, payment processes 48 hours after the show is marked. No manual review required. No back-and-forth emails. No approval workflows.

What happens when there's a problem

Meetings don't always go smoothly. Sometimes a prospect wasn't truthful about their role. Sometimes they turned out to be a competitor scout. Sometimes they ghosted after the first call but we still marked it as a show by mistake.

That's what the "issue with the meeting" button is for. If something doesn't feel right about a meeting, you click it. You can flag a specific issue—wrong title, not qualified, bad fit—and we investigate immediately. Most issues resolve within a few hours.

We've built this because we get paid the same way you do: when you win a real opportunity, not when you waste time on tire-kickers. Our revenue depends on getting this right.

Why this matters for your team

Traditional staffing or recruiting is opaque. You pay for placements, but it takes weeks to find out if they're real. Sales outsourcing used to work the same way.

We moved the finish line. You don't pay for activity or effort. You don't pay for "near misses" or calls that felt promising but went nowhere. You pay for meetings that meet your exact criteria, and you know within 48 hours whether you're being charged.

It also means your team stays in control. You set the rules. We verify against them. You flag problems if they exist. That's alignment.

Questions we hear

Do I have to use a specific note-taker? No. Fathom, Gong, Otter, or even a human note-taker works fine. We just need your rep to mark it as a show.

What if a prospect lies about their title? Flag it with the issue button. We don't charge you. This happens maybe 5-10% of the time, and it's free to dispute.

How do you know they actually showed up? Your rep marks it as a show only if the call happened. No call, no marking, no charge. It's on your team to enforce that.

Can I adjust my criteria after a meeting? No, your rules are locked in. This prevents retroactive disqualifications. Your criteria today are what we check against.

The whole system exists to remove friction between our incentives and yours. You only pay for real, qualified meetings.
