How do you charge for lead lists and what is your process for building them?

We charge approximately $0.55 per enriched lead with a verified mobile number, which breaks down to about 50 cents for the actual data work plus additional factors like platform overhead and quality assurance. We use a combination of LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, and a waterfall through 13 different lead providers to find the right decision makers and contact information. Because this approach yields much higher-quality leads that convert to more qualified meetings, we position this as a loss leader on the data side.

How We Build Your Lists

When you work with us, we start with account research using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Apollo to identify companies that match your ideal customer profile and locate decision makers. This gives us targeted names and basic contact info right away.

From there, the real work begins. We don't stop at one or two data providers. We waterfall through 13 different lead enrichment sources to find verified mobile numbers. Most people only check 1 or 2 providers and call it done. We keep searching across different databases, email verification platforms, and proprietary sources until we either find a mobile or confirm one doesn't exist in any system. This thoroughness is what separates high-quality lists from quick-and-dirty bulk lists.

Why the Cost Structure Works This Way

The $0.55 per lead reflects real platform costs. LinkedIn Sales Navigator subscriptions, Apollo credits, fees from multiple enrichment APIs, and our time managing quality control all factor in. We're not cutting corners with cheap data sources or single-provider lookups. That would be faster and cheaper on our end, but you'd end up with worse lists and fewer meetings.

The reason we price it this way is simple: we make money when you book meetings, not when you buy leads. A list of 500 cheap leads that produces zero calls is worthless to both of us. A list of 200 high-quality leads with verified mobile numbers that generates 15-20 qualified conversations is what actually moves your pipeline.

The Math That Matters

If you're paying $0.55 per lead, a list of 1,000 leads costs around $550. That feels like an investment until you compare it to traditional SDR hiring. Most in-house SDRs cost $40,000 to $65,000 annually in salary alone. For that same $550, you're getting a list that a real person (our team) actually built with research, not an automated scrape.

Even if that list only produces 5 qualified meetings and your average deal size is $30,000, you're looking at a potential $150,000 pipeline generated. Your cost per qualified meeting was $110. That's why we position the data cost as a loss leader. We're betting on the quality and on your ability to close.

What You're Actually Getting

Higher mobile enrichment rates than industry standard. Most lead lists have mobile numbers for 30-40% of contacts. Our waterfall approach gets us to 55-65% on average, depending on your industry and geography. That means more conversations, not just more leads sitting in your CRM.

You're also getting leads that your sales team actually wants to call. Decision makers with complete information. No title inflation. No obvious duplicates. We spend time filtering out noise because a smaller list of real contacts beats a massive list of maybes every single time.
