Do you provide the prospect list, or do we need to provide it?

Either option works. You can bring your own account list, or we can source it using our data team and pass through mobile enrichment costs of 50 cents per lead. Most clients do a mix—we handle the full-time grind of list building while you focus on strategy.
Bringing Your Own List
If you already have a target account list, send it over. We work with whatever you've got—whether it's 50 accounts or 5,000. We'll validate the list for duplicate removal, title accuracy, and basic data quality, then kickoff outreach. This option has zero lead costs on our side, so there's no enrichment pass-through. It's the fastest path to campaign launch if you've already done the account research.
We Source It For You
If you don't have a list or want us to expand it, our data team handles the hunt. We research based on your ideal customer profile—industry, company size, revenue range, decision-maker titles—and build a list tailored to your actual ICP. We've built lists as small as 200 accounts and as large as 15,000+ for enterprise plays.
When we source, we enrich every lead with mobile numbers so our SDRs can call. Mobile enrichment runs $0.50 per lead—that's our cost, and we pass it through as a line item on your invoice. No markup. If you're building a list of 1,000 leads, you're looking at $500 in enrichment costs. That's it.
How the Enrichment Works
We use multiple data providers to append mobile numbers where we can find them. Success rates vary by industry and company size—B2B SaaS typically runs 60-75% match rates, while construction or manufacturing sits lower at 40-50%. We only charge for leads we actually enrich; if we can't find a mobile, you don't pay for that lead.
The enrichment happens upfront, before outreach starts. Your SDRs use those numbers for direct dials, which typically converts better than email-only campaigns. If you're skeptical about the cost, remember: a single qualified meeting often closes accounts worth $20K-$100K+. 50 cents per lead is noise against the revenue upside.
Which Option Makes Sense
Choose "you provide it" if you've already got a solid list and want to move fast. Choose "we source it" if you need the research done, want a fresh list that's been validated, or want to expand beyond your existing accounts.
Some clients start with their own list for the first campaign, then ask us to source a second wave once they see results. That's smart. You learn what's working, then we build a bigger list using those same parameters.
The Bottom Line
There's no penalty for either choice. We've run campaigns on client-provided lists and on lists we built from scratch. Both work. The only financial difference is whether enrichment costs apply—and if we're sourcing, we eat the data work, you pay the enrichment fees. Consider it the cost of outsourcing research and validation instead of doing it in-house.
