Do clients supply their own lists or does your team source the lists internally?

When most clients come to us, they already have a list of prospects they want to target. About 80% of the time, you'll supply the list. For the remaining 20%, we source it for you and pass along the cost for complete transparency.
When You Supply the List
Most companies working with us have built prospect lists internally. Maybe your team did account research, or you exported names from a sales database. Regardless of how you built it, you send it our way, and we take it from there. This usually means faster turnaround because we're not spending time searching for prospects on your behalf, and it also means you maintain control over exactly who gets contacted.
What we find, though, is that most client lists have gaps. The biggest gap is usually mobile numbers. A typical list might have company emails and names, but when we're doing outbound calling or SMS, mobile phone data is critical. So even when you supply the list, we'll often run enrichment to fill in missing mobile numbers. This takes a few days, but it's essential to execution quality.
When We Source the List for You
If you don't have a list ready yet, or you want us to build one from scratch based on your ideal customer profile, we can do that. We'll scope out the search with you first, like defining company size, location, job titles, or industry. Then our team does the research and builds it.
The cost varies based on list size and enrichment depth. A list of 500 to 1,000 prospects with full mobile enrichment typically runs $800 to $2,000, depending on how specific your criteria are and how much enrichment work is needed. Harder-to-find contacts or niche industries cost more because verification takes longer.
You see the cost upfront. We don't hide this. And because we charge you what we spend, you know exactly what goes into sourcing, not some inflated markup.
Mobile Data: Why It Matters Most
This is worth its own section because it comes up on almost every engagement. When we're running a calling or SMS campaign, mobile numbers are not optional. They're how we actually reach decision-makers during their day.
Here's the reality: most corporate databases have office numbers, and some have emails. But mobile numbers? Those are harder to verify and easier to let go stale. We've built workflows to validate and update mobile data, but it takes time and sometimes costs money (we use third-party verification services when our own data gaps are wide).
On your side, if you already have mobile numbers in your list, great. That saves time and cost. If not, plan for enrichment work to happen before your campaign launches. We typically charge $0.15 to $0.35 per record for mobile verification depending on accuracy level you need.
How to Decide
Ask yourself: do you have a clean list of people in your target market, with decent contact information? If yes, send it over. If no, or if you want us to build something based on your specific ICP, we can source it. Either way, we'll want to do mobile enrichment, and we'll give you a quote on that step before we start.
The goal is simple: you don't buy a list and find out three weeks later that half the phone numbers don't work. We're transparent about what we're enriching, what it costs, and what the timeline is.
