Who provides the list of accounts/prospects to call, and what are the costs?

We can work with a list you already have, or we'll source your accounts for you. If you provide the list, there's no additional charge. If we source the leads, we charge $0.50 per lead for our data team to enrich mobile numbers and verify contact information.
You bring the list, we handle the outreach
Many clients already have account lists—either from your existing CRM, industry databases, or target accounts you've identified. If that's you, just send it our way. We'll use what you give us without any sourcing fees. All we need are company names and titles; our team handles the research and calling from there.
This option works especially well if you've already done some prospecting or have a clear ideal customer profile in mind. You maintain full control over who gets called, and you avoid any data costs.
We source your list using our data team
If you don't have a ready-made list or want us to find specific segments, our data team can source accounts for you. We identify prospects that match your ideal customer profile, verify their contact information, and enrich with mobile numbers—a crucial step since mobile reaches decision makers more effectively than desk lines.
The sourcing cost is $0.50 per lead. So a list of 1,000 prospects would run $500, and 5,000 prospects would be $2,500. We typically recommend starting with 500–2,000 leads to test messaging and measure conversion before scaling.
What the sourcing cost includes
That $0.50 per lead covers data sourcing, verification, and mobile enrichment. We pull from multiple sources to ensure accuracy—company databases, professional networks, and verification tools. Mobile numbers are critical because they have higher answer rates and connect you to the actual decision-maker rather than a receptionist or voicemail.
We also filter for quality: removing duplicate contacts, verified bad numbers, and prospects that don't match your profile. You're paying for clean, callable data—not raw lists padded with unusable records.
Real-world cost examples
Let's say you're targeting mid-market SaaS companies with 50–500 employees in the US. A sourced list of 1,000 prospects costs $500 in data fees. If we convert just 5% of those to qualified meetings (50 meetings), your cost per meeting sourced is $10—before any pay-per-meeting fees.
Alternatively, you might provide a warm list of 500 accounts you already know, where we pay nothing for sourcing. We then focus all effort on dialing and converting, keeping your total cost simple.
Sourcing vs. conversion—two separate costs
It's important to separate sourcing fees from our pay-per-meeting model. Sourcing is a one-time data cost. You pay $0.50 per lead, and then our SDRs dial those leads. When we book a qualified meeting, you pay our meeting fee (the specifics depend on your agreement). There's no hidden cost—only two clear line items.
How to decide
If you have a solid internal list and want to move fast, bring it to us. If you want us to handle the entire pipeline from sourcing through booking, we'll do that—just plan for the sourcing cost upfront. Either way, we validate everything before dialing, so you're never paying for bad data.
