What operational work is required from our team to run a campaign?

Honestly, not much. You need to record a 30-minute launch showcase walking through your background, company history, and the core problems you solve for customers. That's roughly one call's worth of time. After that, we handle everything else: rep training, calendar integrations, list building, lead enrichment, and campaign execution.
The 30-Minute Launch Showcase
This is the only real lift from your team. We send you a simple outline covering three things: who you are, why you built your company, and what problems keep your customers up at night. You record yourself speaking naturally about these topics for about 30 minutes. Think of it as a sales primer that lets our reps understand your business deeply enough to represent it authentically.
No editing required. No fancy production. Just you, your story, and one call's worth of your time. We handle the rest of the enrichment and training from there.
What We Handle on Our Side
Once that showcase is recorded, we're moving. We train each rep on your positioning, competitive landscape, and customer pain points. We connect your calendar directly so we can book qualified prospects into your actual availability. We handle all the list research, pulling companies and decision-makers that match your ideal customer profile. Then we run the email sequences, manage replies, and qualify every lead before it ever hits your calendar.
Lead enrichment happens on our end too. We verify email addresses, confirm titles, and validate that people are actually in the buying roles you're targeting. You don't pay for junk leads or outbound to wrong departments.
The Ongoing Work Is Minimal
Once the campaign is live, your team barely touches it. You review qualified meetings as they come in (that's your job, obviously). If we find something that isn't working in the messaging or targeting, we'll flag it and propose a small tweak. But we're monitoring performance, adjusting targeting, and managing sequences in the background.
Most companies with us spend less than 2 hours per week on campaign management once it's live.
Why This Model Works
We built this specifically to solve the "I don't have time to run outbound" problem. Your reps are selling. Your founder is busy. Your operations person is drowning in other projects. Hiring a full-time SDR costs $50k-$80k per year before you account for tools, training, and the 3-month ramp before they're productive.
We do it for a flat fee plus commission on qualified meetings. You get an experienced cold email operation without the headcount, the training overhead, or the management burden.
Real Talk
The one mistake we see is companies coming in expecting zero lift. This isn't a set-it-and-forget-it tool. That 30-minute showcase matters because bad input creates bad output. The reps training from a vague positioning are going to reach out to the wrong companies. Take the time to record something solid, and you'll see the difference in meeting quality immediately.
Everything else though? That's our problem to solve.
