What is your pricing per meeting, and how does the pay-per-meeting model work?

Our pricing ranges from $1,000 to $5,250 per qualified meeting, depending on your deal size and market. You only pay when a meeting actually happens, so there's no upfront risk or commitment. Most of our customers end up paying $1,500 or more per meeting because they work with deal sizes that justify the investment.

How Does the Pay-Per-Meeting Model Work?

We run your outbound campaign and handle all the heavy lifting: research, personalization, follow-ups, and qualification. Once we book a qualified meeting with a genuine prospect, you pay the flat fee for that meeting. If we don't book meetings, you don't pay us anything. It's that straightforward.

Your prospect has to meet specific qualification criteria we agree on beforehand. They need decision-making authority, a relevant budget, and a real business problem our research shows you can solve. We're not booking any meeting with a pulse, we're filtering for genuine opportunities.

What Deal Size Makes This Work?

The magic number is $30,000 or more in lifetime customer value. If your average deal is $30k-$50k, our fees are usually between $1,500 and $2,500 per meeting. If you're selling $100k-$500k contracts, expect to pay $3,500 to $5,250 per meeting.

The math is simple: if we book 10 meetings at $2,000 each, that's $20,000 in fees. If one deal closes and it's worth $50,000 in year-one revenue, you've made a strong ROI on our service.

Does Pricing Include Follow-Up?

Yes. We don't just book the first meeting and disappear. We own the entire qualification and booking process, from initial outreach through calendar confirmation. If someone misses the meeting or cancels, we re-engage and try to reschedule. That's part of the service.

Your sales team takes over once the meeting is confirmed.

What If We Only Want a Few Meetings?

Some companies start with a smaller trial run. Talk to us about your goals. If you're early-stage or testing a new market, we can often structure a pilot to prove the model works for you before scaling. Most teams find that once they see the quality of meetings we deliver, they want to expand.

Are There Volume Discounts?

We typically price per meeting, not on volume, because deal economics vary. However, if you're running multiple campaigns simultaneously or have a longer engagement, we can discuss how to structure pricing in a way that makes sense for both of us.

What Happens If We're Unhappy?

We track everything transparently: calls booked, meetings held, no-shows, and cancellations. If we're not delivering qualified meetings that actually happen, you're not paying. We win when your meetings convert and you see ROI. That's what keeps us aligned.

Book a call to discuss your deal size and we'll show you exactly what to expect.
