What is the typical price per meeting?
We charge starting from $1,500 per qualified meeting, though pricing typically ranges from $1,500 to $3,000+ depending on your industry, deal complexity, and annual contract value. The exact price we quote depends on how difficult your buyer profile is to reach and how much work our team needs to do to get decision-makers on the phone.
Why does pricing vary so much?
Our pricing model reflects the actual effort required to book your meetings. A VP of Sales at a mid-market SaaS company is easier to reach than a CFO at a Fortune 500 manufacturer, so those meetings cost different amounts. We look at several factors: how competitive your space is, whether your buyers are actively looking for solutions, how many gatekeepers sit between us and decision-makers, and the quality standards you need from prospects.
We work exclusively with B2B SaaS companies that have at least $30k annual contract value (ACV). Below that threshold, the economics don't work for either of us, so we'll be upfront if you're not a fit.
What's included in that price?
Each qualified meeting includes full prospecting, research, outreach sequencing, and persistence through our SDR team until we get a confirmed call on your calendar. We're not selling you a list or a vanity metric. You only pay when someone actually shows up.
We handle list building, email copywriting, phone calls, LinkedIn conversations, and the follow-up it takes to get real decision-makers to commit. Once we book the meeting, our job is done, and you're only charged if the prospect is qualified to your specifications.
How does ACV affect my per-meeting price?
Higher ACV companies usually command higher prices because the deal is more valuable and our team needs to navigate more complex sales cycles. A company selling a $50k annual contract typically pays more per meeting than one selling $30k contracts, because the buyer pool is smaller and more selective.
Think of it this way: if your solution only makes sense for enterprises spending $200k+ annually, we're targeting a smaller universe of prospects. That scarcity means more effort, so pricing reflects that reality.
Do you offer volume discounts or guarantees?
We price per meeting because we want skin in the game. Every meeting we book needs to be qualified to your ICP, not just a warm body with a pulse. We've seen teams penalize low-quality leads, so our model aligns our success with yours.
If you're consistently booking 5 or 10 qualified meetings per month with us, we do adjust pricing favorably. Long-term partnerships make our forecasting better and reduce acquisition costs, so we pass some of that benefit to clients.
What if we don't book any meetings?
If we can't get your first few meetings booked, you don't pay. Some campaigns take 2-3 weeks to get momentum; we build in enough runway so you can judge whether the leads are actually qualified. We're not charging you for effort; we're charging you for results.
How much should we budget to start?
Most clients start with a $5k-10k monthly budget, which typically yields 3-7 meetings depending on your profile. That gives us enough runway to test messaging, refine your ICP, and prove the channel works before you commit to larger volume.
