Do you have a smaller package to start with?

Yes, we do have options for businesses starting smaller. Our standard minimum is $1,000 per qualified meeting, but if you're willing to commit to higher volume, we offer a campaign-based approach at $500 per meeting when you can take at least 100 meetings per month. That typically means a $50,000+ monthly investment, but for growth-stage companies, that volume often makes economic sense.

Why Our Minimum Price Starts at $1,000

When we first talk to prospects about pricing, this is usually the first question we get. The math is straightforward. Our SDRs are experienced professionals who spend their time booking qualified conversations for you instead of chasing every lead that comes through. They keep the majority of what you pay per meeting—typically 60-70% goes directly to them as commission, with the rest covering our operations and management.

If we dropped below $1,000 per meeting, our reps wouldn't have enough financial incentive to prioritize your campaign. They'd naturally shift focus to your higher-paying competitors. You'd end up with half-hearted efforts, lower quality meetings, and higher no-shows. We've seen it happen with other agencies. The result is always disappointing because the economics don't align.

The High-Volume Alternative

We do have one exception to the $1,000 floor. If your sales team can handle the volume and your market is deep enough, we can run a larger campaign at $500 per meeting. This works only when you're committing to 100+ meetings per month, which brings your total investment to somewhere around $50,000 to $75,000 monthly, depending on your target market and deal size.

This model changes the game for reps. When volume is that high, they earn more total money even at the lower per-meeting rate. A rep booking 20 meetings at $1,000 each earns the same as booking 40 meetings at $500 each. But with 100+ meetings across multiple reps, we can staff your campaign more efficiently and drive those numbers.

Who This Actually Works For

The high-volume track is realistic for a few types of companies. B2B SaaS businesses targeting SMBs in the United States often have the capacity. Enterprise software companies looking to generate pipeline into new verticals also work well here. Anyone with a sales team that can run 100 qualified conversations per month without bottlenecking is a good fit.

If you're generating 50 meetings per month already and want to double pipeline, that's a conversation we can have. If you're completely new to outbound and have never run an SDR program, we usually recommend starting at our standard $1,000 per meeting tier to prove the model works, then expanding once you've built systems to handle the volume.

The Real Cost of Going Too Cheap

Plenty of agencies will offer lower prices. Some promise $300 per meeting or $500 per meeting without volume commitments. What you're usually getting is less experienced reps, less qualified leads, or campaigns that don't get enough attention to scale. We've worked with companies who tried cheaper options first and found that the cost per actual closed deal was higher than working with us from day one.

We built our pricing on one principle: alignment. You win when we deliver qualified meetings from serious prospects, and our reps win when they earn real money. That alignment is worth the $1,000 minimum, and it's why our close rates stay high.
