Do we provide the target account list or does the client provide it?

Either way works. You can bring your own target account list, or we can source and enrich the data for you. If we source it, there's a $0.50 per lead enrichment cost for mobile numbers, which typically becomes negligible once your qualified meetings start converting to revenue.
You Provide the List
Many clients come to us with a list they've already built or purchased. That's completely fine. We'll take your spreadsheet, validate the contact information, and use what you've got to launch outreach immediately.
What this looks like: You send us a list of 50 to 5,000 accounts with decision-maker names, titles, company names, and whatever contact info you have. We run it through verification, flag any data gaps, and kick off the campaign. No enrichment cost. You get to control exactly which companies and people we're targeting, which is valuable if you've got specific market research or a narrowly defined ICP.
The tradeoff is data quality. If your list has incomplete phone numbers or outdated emails, our response rates will reflect that. Many clients who bring their own data find their booking rate is 30-50% lower than accounts where we've enriched contact information.
We Source the List
If you'd rather not build the list yourself, we can do it. Tell us your target industry, company size, decision-maker titles, and geography. We pull accounts from our data sources, enrich them with verified email addresses and mobile numbers, and start dialing and texting within 2 to 3 business days.
Cost structure: Sourcing and enrichment runs $0.50 per lead for mobile numbers. So a 1,000 lead campaign costs $500 upfront. That's typically recovered within 2 to 4 qualified meetings, depending on your sales cycle and deal size.
Why mobile numbers matter: Email reply rates for cold outreach average 2-4%. SMS reply rates on freshly enriched mobile numbers run 12-18%. The difference is meaningful. Most of our clients see better qualified meetings when mobile numbers are part of the mix.
When Clients Do Hybrid
Some clients bring us a partial list. Maybe they have 500 accounts but only 150 have phone numbers. We enrich the list, add 350 new mobile numbers, and charge only for the gap. That usually lands between $150 and $250 depending on data availability.
This works especially well for companies who've done their own outbound before and have a proprietary list but want to expand reach without starting from zero.
Timeline Considerations
If you bring your own list, we move faster. Validation and setup take 1 to 2 days before outreach starts.
If we source it, add 2 to 3 days for data pulls and enrichment. The extra time is worth it if you're not confident in your target account selection or if you need help narrowing your ICP.
Common Question: What Happens to My Data?
Your list stays yours. We don't resell it, use it for other clients, or keep it after your campaign ends. It's housed securely and used only for your outbound sequence.
Most clients ask this because they've been burned by data brokers in the past. We get it. Data governance matters. If you're nervous about it, we can sign a data processing agreement before we touch anything.
