What is the onboarding and setup process?

We keep onboarding simple. You'll connect your calendar, record a quick 30-minute showcase video showing your product in action, and our team handles the rest through white-glove training with your sales reps. The entire process typically takes 2-3 weeks from signup to first qualified meetings on your calendar.

What You Actually Need to Provide

Unlike traditional staffing models, we don't need extensive documentation or lengthy knowledge transfer. You provide three things: (1) access to your calendar so our reps can see availability and book calls directly, (2) the 30-minute product showcase video filmed however you prefer (phone camera is fine), and (3) access to your CRM or deal tracking system so we log all conversations and pipeline activity. That's genuinely it.

The White-Glove Training Component

Here's where we differ from offshore SDR farms. Our team spends dedicated time training *your* reps (or our reps acting as your team) on your specific offering. We cover your ideal customer profile, the core pain points you solve, positioning against your main competitors, and the actual sales conversation flow your team uses on qualified calls. This typically happens over 2-3 sessions totaling 4-6 hours. We ask questions, we document edge cases, we role-play common objections. By the time we're dialing, your reps aren't reading scripts; they understand your product.

Calendar Integration

We integrate directly with Google Calendar or Outlook. Our reps see your real-time availability, book calls into your calendar, and prospects receive instant meeting confirmations. You get a clean calendar with no double-booking and no back-and-forth email chains. We typically reserve 3-4 dedicated time blocks per day for live calls.

Your Showcase Video

The 30-minute recording is just you walking through your product demo or service pitch. Show the key features, explain the value prop, and demonstrate why a prospect should care. Phone video works, Zoom recording works, polished screen recording works. We've trained teams effectively using all three. We need to see what you'd show a warm lead in a discovery call so our reps can speak authentically about your offering during qualification.

How We Measure Success

Every meeting we book gets logged with attendee notes, next steps, and whether the prospect is actually qualified. We track conversion rates, average deal size, and pipeline contribution. You see this in a shared dashboard updated weekly. This is why we charge per qualified meeting, not per conversation or per rep hour. We only make money when you get meetings that actually move your pipeline.

Investment and Timeline

Minimum engagements typically start around $10,000 per month. That covers full training, daily outbound dialing to your target list, and ongoing optimization. Most companies see their first batch of qualified meetings within 3-4 weeks. From there, we scale based on your pipeline capacity and how many new accounts you can reasonably work.

What Happens First

Schedule a call and we'll walk through your target market, how many meetings per month you need to hit revenue goals, and what your reps are currently closing on qualified calls. We ask these questions so we can build an accurate, realistic forecast of what engagement looks like for your specific business.
